Technicians notes

tore top end of engine down, inspected crankshaft, crank inspection good, replaced top end and cleaned engine. tore bike down to frame and cleaned all components, replaced steering stem bearings, replaced swing arm bearings, replaced linkage and bearings. installed new spark plug, installed new clutch and clutch hub, installed new throttle cable, installed new front and rear sprockets, installed new drive chain, replaced upper and lower shock bearings, installed new air filter, performed carb clean and rebuild, tuned and jetted carb to bike, replaced rear brake rotor and pads, installed new fuel petcock, replaced intake flange to cylinder, mounted new front and rear tires with new tubes and rim locks, changed transmission oil, installed all new plastics and put factory troy lee designs graphics kit on, installed new grips.

We also sent suspention off to RaceTech to be rebuilt.
